NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a dinucleotide coenzyme present in every cell. It sits at the centre of energy metabolism: the NAD+/NADH redox pair drives mitochondria, and the same pool is consumed by enzymes such as sirtuins, PARP, and CD38. What is NAD+ good for?

How is NAD+ shipped to maintain cold chain?

How should NAD+ pens be stored on arrival?

NAD+ pens should be refrigerated between 2-8°C immediately on arrival and kept refrigerated until use. Storage guidance is included in writing with every shipment.

How long do NAD+ pens stay stable?

Pens are stability-tested for their stated shelf life when stored within the recommended 2-8°C range. Lot-specific stability and expiry data are recorded on the accompanying Certificate of Analysis.

What happens if a NAD+ pen arrives damaged or out of temperature spec?

Nadera replaces any pen that arrives damaged or shows a temperature deviation outside the specified range. Researchers should photograph the temperature-monitoring insert and affected pen and contact the research team within 48 hours of arrival.
